The 2021 Silk Road Miss Tourism of the Globe-themed “Beautiful companion, charming city” drew to an end in Shanghai on Oct. 18. The Silk Road Miss Tourism of the Globe is a world-class beauty pageant of a domestic brand, aiming to promote the development of cultural tourism by taking beauty economy as the starting point and building brands with fashion culture.
was honored to invite the Deputy Director of the National Professional Committee of Fashion Performance, the Vice President of Shanghai Model Association, professional photographers who have long been active in the field of fashion, as well as representatives from the fashion industry and enterprises as judges to witness the grand event.
The competition included three sections, namely, the presentation of activewear, cheongsam, and evening dress. The judges make a comprehensive evaluation of each beauty's physique, affinity, potential, and on-site performance. This year, our university recommended nine outstanding students in performance majors to participate in the competition. Through several rounds of selection, Wang Piaoran, a sophomore, won the runner-up, and Xi Jingyi, a freshman, won the Most Potential Award of Tourism Promotion. Chen Xinyi, a sophomore, won the Best Photogenic Award. Two sophomores Ji Yingge, Zhu Ping, and another freshman Cai Yujie won the title of Top Ten.
It is reported that the Beautiful companion, charming city 2021 Silk Road Miss Tourism of the Globe Competition and Zhongwei Tourism Promotion Conference will hold the final in Zhongwei, Ningxia Hui autonomous region after the selection in
Beijing, Xi 'an and Shanghai. At present, the Shanghai session has reached its successful conclusion. Wish the winning students better results in the final.
