In order to strengthen the application of digitalization in grassroots teaching, improve the level of teacher teaching informatization, and promote virtual teaching and research rooms and knowledge graphs construction, on the afternoon of March 31st, School of Textile and Fashion invited Teacher Hu Ziqi, the product manager of the Chaoxing Fanya Learning Platform, to the college for training on virtual teaching and research rooms and knowledge graphs construction. The heads of various professional departments and teacher representatives from Textile and Clothing College attended the training, and the meeting was presided over by Professor Li Chunxiao, Vice Dean of Teaching at the college.
At the meeting, Teacher Hu Ziqi interpreted the background and policy documents of the virtual teaching and research room construction, and gave a detailed statement on the virtual teaching and research room, the concept of knowledge graph, the application of knowledge graph and the construction of knowledge graph. Teacher Hu demonstrated and explained the various functions and operations of the virtual teaching and research room and knowledge graph on the Chaoxing Fanya learning platform, including editing of various nodes in the knowledge structure, statistical analysis of students' knowledge points, overall analysis of knowledge points, online collaboration, knowledge mining and knowledge point relationships. Teacher Hu proposed that precise teaching can be achieved, targeted teaching strategies can be formulated, and intelligent resource push engines can be used through the construction of a knowledge graph. At the same time, fragmented resources can be reconstructed and integrated to construct a subject knowledge graph and improve the relationship between disciplines, majors, courses, and knowledge points.
Vice Dean of Teaching, Teacher Li Chunxiao, pointed out that young teachers in the college should stay at the forefront of development, adapt to the national "14th Five Year" Plan and the new needs of industry development, constantly explore new ideas, integrate digital+ into talent cultivation, actively explore new educational and teaching models, and integrate virtual teaching and research rooms and knowledge graphs into teaching construction and reform. Vice Dean Li Chunxiao hopes to drive the digital teaching construction of the college through the approved campus level virtual teaching and research room construction project.
After the training, the college teachers asked Hu Ziqi for some detailed questions about building virtual teaching and research room and knowledge graph. They expressed gratitude for Teacher Hu Ziqi's sharing this time, and expressed their willingness to discuss with Teacher Hu if there are any related issues in the future. This training provides assistance for college teachers to learn and understand new tools and technologies for course resource construction, and lays the foundation for the college to build an intelligent teaching information platform, achieve resource sharing, and collaborative innovation.
