In order to strengthen teaching construction and reform, and integrate virtual simulation experiment technology into teaching practice, on the afternoon of June 20th, School of Textile and Fashion invited teachers Wang Zhiheng, Deng Fan, and Tan Feng from Beijing Runneier Network Technology Co., Ltd. to share and exchange ideas of virtual simulation experiment construction. The heads of various professional departments and teacher representatives fromSchool of Textile and Fashionattended this meeting, which was presided over by Teacher Li Chunxiao, Vice Dean of Teaching at the college.
At the meeting, Teacher Deng Fan shared virtual simulation experiments construction for textile and fashion, and expressed that it can cover multiple aspects, including textile engineering and clothing engineering. Students can learn and master the physical properties of different materials, textile process, and various aspects of clothing production through virtual simulation experiments. Teacher Deng Fan provided a detailed presentation on this. Regarding the direction of clothing art design, Teacher Runnier Tan Feng demonstrated and explained various functions and operations in the process of clothing and fashion design through case studies from other universities, including brainstorming, color design, fabric design, and styling design. Subsequently, the results were generated and corresponding assessment questions were given. Teacher Tan proposed that the goal of virtual simulation experiments for textile and fashion is to provide a safe and efficient learning environment, helping students understand and master relevant knowledge and skills in the field of textile and fashion. Through practical operation and simulation practice, students can enhance their understanding of textile and clothing technology, cultivate the ability to create new thinking and solve problems.
The virtual simulation experiments construction for textile and fashion has many advantages and benefits. Firstly, virtual simulation experiments can reduce the cost of low simulation experiments, and reduce waste of resources; Secondly, students can practice repeatedly in a virtual environment, improving the maturity in practical operations; In addition, virtual simulation can also provide more autonomous learning machines, allowing students to learn and explore according to their own interests and needs.
After the sharing, the college teachers consulted with teachers Deng Fan and Tan Feng about the details of constructing virtual simulation experiments for textiles and fashion, and expressed gratitude to the three teachers for their sharing. They also expressed their willingness to discuss with Runnier's teachers if there are any related issues in the future. This sharing provides assistance for college teachers to learn and understand new tools and technologies for course resource construction, and lays the foundation for the college to achieve intelligent teaching information platform construction, resource sharing, and collaborative innovation.
