On the afternoon of July 14, 2023, a delegation from Huimin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, led by Sun Gaoliang, deputy director of Binzhou City Industry and Information Technology Bureau, came to our institute to carry out exchanges and cooperation, and the members of the delegation also included Zhang Zhongying, head of the Consumer Goods Industry Section of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Binzhou City, Zhang Qinglin, deputy mayor of Huimin County, Gao Yitian, director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Huimin County, Liu Wei, vice director of the bureau, and Tian Yingchao, mayor of Lizhuang Township, Huimin County, and so on. The two sides focused on plastic recycling carbon emission reduction, new rope net industry high-quality development and other issues with our academy to start the discussion of cutting-edge technology in the industry. Zhu Junxuan, Secretary of Textile and Clothing College, Qu Hongjian, Vice President, Yang Qun, Deputy Director of Textile Engineering Department, Prof. Liu Wei and representatives of high-level team attended the exchange meeting.
Secretary Zhu Junxuan firstly expressed her warm welcome to the delegation from Huimin County and introduced the basic situation of the College of Textiles and Clothing and its scientific research papers, patents and projects, emphasizing that the College attaches great importance to the needs of enterprises and the cooperation between the College and enterprises in the field of production, learning and research. Mr. Qu Hongjian, vice president of the college, made a general introduction of the scientific research directions and achievements of the college's departments and high-level teams, so as to carry out specific technical exchanges with the delegation. Sun Gaoliang, deputy director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Binzhou City, and Zhang Qinglin, vice mayor of Huimin County, made an introduction of the purpose of the visit and the projects to be discussed in focus. The two sides then discussed the cutting-edge technology of rope net industry, cost, fiber materials, membrane materials, textile dyeing and other issues.
Through this exchange meeting, the teachers of the college understood the relevant needs of the enterprises, and the delegation also had a new understanding of the research direction of the college and the professionalism of the teachers, which laid a good foundation for the next point-to-point technical services. The college will still keep an open and cooperative attitude to strengthen cooperation and contact with textile and garment related enterprises.
