From "see", she shared how to check the literature and screen the papers; from "do", she shared how to summarize and synthesize the contents of the literature; in "write", she taught how to write academic papers. Finally, vice dean Xu Lihui gave a patient answer to the confusions raised by the graduate students, guided the right direction for students' study and scientific research, encouraged them to continuously achieve fruitful academic results, and put forward the future expectations for the graduate students. She emphasized that postgraduates should establish the consciousness of doing good scientific research, academics is the foundation of establishment, postgraduates are facing the problem of being chosen in the future, and strengthening the academic exercise is an important way for postgraduates to improve their quality. She asked students to contact and consult with their supervisors more, write more papers, write good papers, and communicate and exchange with their supervisors proactively in order to make continuous academic progress.
